I think their findings would have been very different if they measured Windows against something that actually has some administrative tools... e.g. SUSE instead of the stripped down do-it-all-yourself-rtfm Red Hat. I doubt seriously that any attempt was made to throw Windows a curve ball. Sounds like the comparison was based on seeing if Linux could do the things that Windows can do. Bad testing. But I really didn't expect a fair test here. |
