"I just find it laughable that Red Hat and (CEO) Matthew (Szulik) can no longer claim we're proprietary. He's reduced to saying, "Yeah, but they'll never build a community because they don't know how." Sorry guys, we've been building communities for 20 years" mUhHHhahahah....what? The Sun community? er...um...where did that come from? Another thing, when did Sun become non proprietary? Last I checked you still couldn't use their code anywhere else but their software. Hrmm...that sounds a lot like proprietary to me. |

Yes, and what is this Linux = Redhat mantra? I am really getting tired of hearing all this crap from Sun. I really appreciate what they did with Open Office, but I will bet that if they had it to do over it would be under the CDDL. Sun is dying and half-measures like CDDL will not save them. |
