Let me honest, after a bit before mid-way I began a rapid scan, because the basic assumption is those with the means and interest really want to do it right. Sorry, I am just not that optimistic! Stifling the vote is in too many parties interest. I will agree that the short comings will be glaring obvious to most, but another two years hence we will see variations on the same theme with new ways to pervert the vote via electronic and sloppy coding means. |
