If you look at my bug list, more than half of my votes are geared towards browser enhanced functionality of html controls. mozex fills deep void in the mozilla suite, or any browser suite for that matter. It almost makes editing webpages through a browser acceptable again. People went to great lengths to make plugins that embed RTF editors into a webpage, but the approach is all wrong. Just let the user choose his/her own $EDITOR and life is grand. |
