They've been using proprietary software forever, but there's never been an enquiry into that, has there? The bigger problem is that the Linux tender in question is not for software, it's to assemble a tendering board for coping with future Linux-based tenders - a meta-tender, if you will. Did the journos not bother to read that far, or is it all "spin! spinnn! spinnnnnn!" as usual? |
